APPARATUS FOR MEASURING AND COMPENSATING ERRORS OF HIGH-SPEED ROTARY BODY SYSTEM BY INDIRECT MEASUREMENT METHOD

PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring and compensating errors of a high-speed rotary body system by indirect measurement method is provided to enhance accuracy and efficiency of a process by using the indirect measuring method to measure and compensate the errors. CONSTITUTION: A processing table(11) is used for loading a metallic material. The metallic material is processed by a tip of a high-speed rotary cutting device. The rotary cutting device is rotated by a servo motor(12). A detection sensor(13) is used for detecting the number of rotation of the servo motor(12). The servo motor(12) is operated by an operating signal through an indirect measuring method. An A/D conversion module(14) is used for converting an output signal of the detection sensor(13) to a digital signal. A servo amplifier(15) is used for performing a proportional integral differential calculation process for a practical processing value of the A/D conversion module and a target processing value of the servo motor(12).
