PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting a wire/wireless wiretap and a hidden camera is provided to detect correctly positions of the wire/wireless wiretap and the hidden camera by detecting only transmitting signals of the wire/wireless wiretap and the hidden camera. CONSTITUTION: A broadband detection portion convert a transmitting signal of a transmitter to a DC voltage level. A high/low amplification portion receives an output voltage of the broadband detection portion and performs a non-inverting amplification operation. An accurate detection portion(3000) receives an output voltage of the high/low amplification portion and outputs the received voltage if the received voltage is more than a setup value. An oscillation signal output portion(4000) performs an oscillating operation when an output signal of the accurate detection portion(3000) is applied to a predetermined PIN. A wiretapping sense circuit portion(5000) performs an alarm operation according to a state of disconnection on a telephone line. An audio frequency output control portion(6000) controls an output signal of the oscillation signal output portion(4000). A power and a non-sound mode switch portion(7000) turns on or off the power and performs a non-sound mode.
