PURPOSE: A method for creating secret number of a remote-controlled air conditioner is provided to create secret number by remote-control through a telephone. CONSTITUTION: A method includes the steps of: a first step(110) in which a tele-control part detects telephone signal from the outside; a second step(120) in which the tele-control part outputs voice signal for guiding control of an air conditioner to the outside; a third step(130,170) determining whether signal inputted in response to the second step is a created secret number or signal for creating a new secret number; a fourth step(180,190) controlling operation of the air conditioner if the created secret number is inputted in the third step; a fifth step(140) outputting voice signal for guiding secret number creation if new secret number creating signal is inputted in the third step; and a sixth step(150,160) creating signal inputted in response to the fifth step as a new secret number.
