<p>A key lock device is constructed in a card that its user conveniently carries to authorize the user to use a system requiring security through multistage user authentication procedures. An active user-certifiable card includes a USB module type ASIC chip having an encoding algorithm and the card is connected with a USB port based on a PC. The active user-certifiable card and a user authentication method using the card prevent illegal users from illegally copying and correcting data and from hacking systems in the event of electronic commerce and on-line data transmission and payment.</p> |
