The invention relates to a bench seat comprising a body (1) consisting of three longitudinal panels (5, 6 and 7) which, in turn, are made from the same number of extruded profiles. The adjacent, longitudinal edges of said panels are provided with tongue-and-groove connection means. The aforementioned body rests on supports (2), the lower part of said supports being fixed to the panels (5 and 7).
