PURPOSE: A key phone main device including a function receiving and managing e-mail information is provided to connect an e-mail server and the key phone main device furnishing a LAN(Local Area Network) interface, and to continuously search the e-mail server based on an Internet ID of a user connected to the key phone main device, so as to display the arrival of e-mail and caller ID on a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A LAN connector(210) enables an interface with the external. An EEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)(220) stores an inherent ID of a corresponding key phone main device and an MAC(Maintenance Administration Center) address. A main controller(230) manages the main device on the whole and controls all peripheral units. A memory(240) stores a user ID registered in the main device and an extension number. A DSP(Digital Signal Processor)(250) checks the receiving of an e-mail, and provides a voice storing and reproducing function to notify the e-mail received in a voice message type. A voice memory(260) stores voice directly recorded by the user. A terminal connector 1(270) enables the connection of a general phone. And a terminal connector 2(280) enables the key phone. |
