SHEET HOT STAMPING APPARATUS FOR STAMPING ON METAL PANEL AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A sheet hot stamping apparatus and method thereof are provided to produce an eco-friendly article and to prevent natural sources from being wasted by hot stamping various patterns on a surface of a metal panel. CONSTITUTION: A metal panel manufacturing apparatus includes a sheet manipulator(1) for feeding a metal panel one by one by using an absorption plate. The metal panel is placed on a working table(2) including first and second working tables. A stamping machine(3) is provided to hot stamp patterns on the surface of the metal panel while moving in left and right directions by means of a position moving cylinder. A protection film application machine(4) is provided to coat a protecting film on the surface of the metal panel. An article is conveyed to a lifting table(6) through a motorized roller conveyer(5).
