PURPOSE: A jig for manufacturing a cylinder block is provided to improve the quality of the cylinder block and to easily correct the change of inside diameter of a bore. CONSTITUTION: A jig for manufacturing a cylinder block(20) a body(21), a support installed to a side of the body to set and support the cylinder block, a plurality of clampers installed to the body to be hinged to fix the cylinder block to the support, a pin(24) installed to the body to adjust the cylinder block to be clamped, an adjust assembly(25) installed to a side of the pin and lifted to adjust the pin, and a work setting device(27) having a cone shaped shaft(26) which is lifted to correct the position of the cylinder block and controlling the height of a liner of the cylinder block.
