PURPOSE: A method for providing information with charge using the Internet is provided to create the technology infrastructure through the circulation of the information values and to make profit by making an information user more conveniently and fast obtain the charged data of an information provider. CONSTITUTION: A database(20) is constructed in an information circulation provider server(10) in order to store and register various kinds of data. After the membership registration, the information provider(30) registers the information to the data by fixing the charge. The information user(40) searches the database after the membership registration. The information user(40) charges cash to the information circulation provider server(10) through a payment system. The information user(40) downloads the data by paying the charge and the information circulation provider server(10) gives the charge to the information provider(30) as cash after receiving a commission.
