PURPOSE: A waterproof adhesive is provided, which is excellent in waterproof property, adhesive strength, and heat-resistance and can be carried out easily and is safe to human bodies. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof adhesive is produced by mixing 100pts.wt. of a SBR(styrene-butadiene rubber) latex(50% solid), 30-500pts.wt. of inorganic fine particles, and 0.1-5pts.wt. of a suspending agent, wherein the inorganic fine particle is at least one selected from fly ash, calcium carbonate, fine sand, clay, volcanic ash, carbide ash, silica, powdered lime stone, and talc and the suspending agent is selected from an acrylate emulsion, starch, sodium CMC, sodium alginate, and general suspending agents.
