A low-profile watercraft lift (10) having first and second cantilever arms (26) pivotally mounted to a base (12) at offset pivot points for use in shallow water. The lift includes an actuator (44) connected to the first and second cantilever arms and operable to move the first and second cantilever arms between a collapsed configuration and an extended configuration with uniform application of force and a minimum amount of travel of actuator components. The lift further includes a universal plate (842) affixed to bun k support rails (166) for pivotally attaching hull support bunks to the suppor t rails and to accommodate attachment of accessories including guide posts and a motor stop. Also, a floating lift (200) is provided that includes a watercra ft lift (202) attached to a support frame (204) having first and second pontoon s (206, 208) attached thereto.
