The invention relates to an otologic end piece for dispensing a fluid into the ear of a user. The inventive device is characterised in that it comprises a fluid dispensing head (10) which defines a product release channel (11), said channel opening out into a dispensing orifice (12). A spray section (13) is provided upstream of said dispensing orifice (12). Moreover, said end piece comprises an external casing (20) which is mounted around the dispensing head (10) such as to define at least one air passage (30). The aforementioned casing (20) comprises a dispensing opening (22) which is disposed opposite the dispensing orifice (12) of the dispensing head (10), downstream from the latter. The opening (22) in the casing (20) is linked to at least one air passage (30), said essentially conical external casing (20) becoming narrower towards the end (21) and thereby defining the dispensing opening (22).
