The invention relates to a multilayer security document, whereby a printable supporting material (30) is joined to at least one covering film that is at least partially transparent or to a covering film composite (10) that is als o at least partially transparent. Information can be imprinted in at least one area of the photopolymer layer (24). The photopolymer layer composite (20) is joined to the covering film or to the covering film composite (10) and to the supporti ng material (30). The invention also relates to an economical method for producing this multilayer security document.
