COOLING WATER BLOCKING DEVICE FOR REPAIRING FURNACE BOTTOM

PURPOSE: A cooling water blocking device for repairing the furnace bottom is provided to change flow of the lower part of cooling water sprayed so that only a required part that is being repaired is cut off without spraying stop of cooling water for metal shell cooling when performing repairing operation in the furnace bottom of blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: In a device for blocking flow of cooling water sprayed onto the metal shell(120) to lower temperature of the furnace body consisted of firebrick(110) and metal shell(120), the cooling water blocking device for repairing the furnace bottom comprises upper magnets(11) which is adhered to the metal shell(120) with being connected to the upper part of a blocking plate(13) arranged on the outer side of the metal shell(120) by means of length adjustable supports(15); lower magnets(12) which are adhered to the metal shell(120) with being arranged on the lower part of the blocking plate(13) to support the blocking plate(13); and a close adhesion member(14) the outer surface of which is closely adhered to the surface of the metal shell(120) with being arranged on the inner surface of the blocking plate(13) to change channel of cooling water flown to the lower side along the metal shell(120), wherein the supports(15) comprise first support(15a) the front end of which is integrally assembled into one side surface of the upper magnets(11), a hollow second support(15b) into one end of which the rear end of the first support(15a) is inserted, and the other end of which is vertically rotationally assembled into hinge pin of bracket(16) fixed onto one surface of the blocking plate(13), and an adjusting clamping member(15c) for adjusting the total length of the supports(15) by adjusting the inserting extent of the first support(15a) inserted into the second support(15b).
