PURPOSE: A method for a service for outputting voice or sound effect guide and explanation in a mouse point-on status on the Internet is provided to express a menu explanation and various contents for goods as the voice or the sound effect when the mouse point places on an icon, a menu or goods. CONSTITUTION: When the mouse point moves to a menu setting region, the simple explanation and greetings for the menu are outputted as the voice or the effect sound. When the mouse point moves to an icon setting region, the characteristic of the icon is outputted as the voice or the effect sound. When the mouse point moves to a picture of the goods and the goods name setting region, the explanation of the goods and the difference to other goods are outputted as the voice or the effect sound. When a domain is written on an address box, the explanation of a site is appeared as the voice of a helper, and the name of a customer and the greetings are outputted as the voice or the effect sound. When the mouse point is stopped, the recommendable site is guided as the voice or the effect sound.
