PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal, a network device, a mobile communication system, an information transmitting and receiving method and an information transmitting and receiving program are provided to enhance convenience when a user of the mobile communications terminal transmits or receives information. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication system(10) has cellular telephones(12,14) and a network device(16). A storage part(17) of the cellular telephone(12) stores information such as images, music and texts. The cellular telephone(12) receives requests for information that are transmitted from the cellular telephone(14) via the network device(16). Information in question is read out from the storage part(17) of the cellular telephone(12) that has received transmission requests for above information, and is transmitted to the cellular telephone(14) via the network device(16).
