PURPOSE: A soundproof bar fixing structure of a vegetation soundproof plate is provided to improve work efficiency on replacement, to maximize the natural aesthetic sense of a soundproof plate and to improve damp-proofing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The soundproof bar fixing structure of a vegetation soundproof plate(10) to plant trees inward comprises the steps of laying/fixing a fixing piece of an elastic fixture, which is composed of a circular trapezoid fixing projection and a polygonal fixing piece, in a semi-circular soundproof bar(20) made with synthetic resins, projecting the fixing projection to the outside, then interposing through a perforated hole and fixing on a part to be fixed with a main body of a vegetation soundproof plate(10), so that the soundproof bar(20) is fixed to the vegetation soundproof plate(10).
