<p>Method and arrangement for transferring electrical signals, in particular microwave radio signals, via a multi-mode optical fibre, by generating an optical signal which periodically sweeps a predetermined wavelength range. The optical signal is amplitude-modulated by the electrical signal to be transferred. The optical signal that has been transferred via the optical fibre is optically filtered by an optical filter having a number of passbands, the mutual distance between which is smaller than the wavelength range swept by the optical signal, after which the filtered optical signal is converted into an electrical signal.</p> |
