PURPOSE: A conductive polymer condenser is provided to lower reactance of the condenser, while achieving improved withstand voltage and lengthening lifespan of the condenser. CONSTITUTION: An electrolytic layer comprises a manganese dioxide layer(30) formed at the surface of a dielectric layer(20), and which serves as an electrolytic layer; the first conductive polymer layer(40) formed at the surface of the manganese dioxide layer through a chemical polymerization process; and the second conductive polymer layer(50) formed at the surface of the first conductive polymer layer through an electrolytic polymerization process. |
