PURPOSE: An apparatus for ventilating indoor air of an automobile is provided to ventilate indoor air of the automobile to the outside. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes a suction part(20) placed in an automobile; a back mirror casing(14) having a back mirror(13) built therein with fixed gap; a door passage(12) penetrating a door(10) to connect the suction part and the back mirror casing; and an exhaust fan(18) installed on a path connecting the suction part and the back mirror casing, and running in a direction ventilating air in the automobile outside.
