PURPOSE: A whole body exercise equipment is provided to allow old and feeble people to perform leg and waist exercises as well as an arm exercise more conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A foot saddle(1) is mounted on the front of a user and a hydraulic piston fixed to a seat board(2) is mounted on a side face of the foot saddle(1). A pulling tool(4) is mounted on one side of the hydraulic piston. A speed meter(5) and a count recording board(6) are mounted on the upper side of the foot saddle(1). A control unit is mounted on a side face of the hydraulic piston. The control unit is connected to the hydraulic piston, speed meter(5) and count recording plate(6).
