PURPOSE: A display control apparatus by analyzing speed of a vehicle and a pattern of a brake is provided to inform a road condition to a following vehicle and to advertise by analyzing time pattern of use for the brake and a speed meter and by adding information about a tail lamp and an opening of a door. CONSTITUTION: A display control apparatus by analyzing speed of a vehicle and a pattern of a brake has an input unit; a wireless transceiver; a display device; a memory unit and main controller. The input unit has a speed sensor; a sensor for an operation of the brake; a turn signal lamp; a back-up lamp and an emergency lamp, etc. The wireless transceiver downloads information for roads, news and advertisement, etc. The wireless transceiver transmits information to a center. The display device shows information to a following vehicle. The memory unit stores several messages and use particulars. The main controller controls an output for messages, advertisement or a sentence about safety to a display device after deciding a range of time avoiding interference for the following vehicle.
