PURPOSE: A system for securing payment of an electronic commerce using an integrated identifier and a method thereof are provided to enable a purchaser to use an integrated identifier such as an integrated single ID and a password in a plurality of seller sites. CONSTITUTION: A purchaser inputs an integrated identifier and executes a log-in procedure(S200). A client program of a seller server transmits the inputted integrated ID and password information to an authentication payment server, and requests a member authentication(S201). A member authentication unit of the authentication payment server searches information at a purchaser DB and judges whether the purchaser is a registered(S202). A member authentication unit reports a member authentication to the seller server(S206). The seller server suggests a commodity list to the purchaser for enabling the purchaser to purchase a commodity(S207). The purchaser selects a commodity in a commodity selling site such as a shopping mall and purchases the commodity(S208). If the purchaser subscribes a commodity purchase, the seller server transmits a confirmation with respect to security limit money to an authentication payment server(S209). A security money managing unit judges whether the commodity amount exceeds a pre-set security money(S210). If the commodity amount is not exceeded pre-set security money, the security money managing unit approves a payment(S211). The seller server sells the commodity(S212) and the commodity is delivered to the purchaser(S213).
