TRANSFERABLE AND TRADABLE ANNUITIES, PENSION AND SIMILAR INSTRUMENTS

The invention introduces innovative elements to life insurance annuities, pension fund contracts and similar instruments (PI's) carried out under the prior art by transforming such instruments into PI contracts issued initiall y to anonymous holders (1), without any specific insured persons or beneficiaries. The initial purchase of such contract typically involves payment of an advance payment on account of the contract and the balance of the payments is due if and after the initial contract is transformed into th e final contract. During the period of time until such identification of the relevant persons under said contracts takes place, the contracts may change hands by selling or otherwise transferring the from one anonymous holder to another one (2) until the contract is activated (3) or expired (4).
