A laminated composite wooden material and a method of manufacturing the material,the laminated composite wooden material(1)of seven layers comprising sheet materials(2)of 0.6 or more in absolute dry specific gravity and sheet materials(3)of 0.4 or less in absolute dry specific gravity laminated on each other for integration,whereby a specified bending strength and a specified nail holding force can be provided,a weight can be reduced,and warpage and geometric distortion can be reduced.
