PURPOSE: A porous ceramic support for microbes fixation and a method of preparation thereof are provided, which is made in the forms of bar, tube, gear to have high mechanical strength and porous structure of large specific surface area suitable for immobilizing microorganism, thus enabling microorganism easily adhere to and grow, so that treatment efficiency is greatly enhanced. CONSTITUTION: The porous ceramic support is characterized in that it is composed of a ceramic raw material composition comprising more than one raw materials selected from 15 to 40 parts by weight of siliceous raw material, 40 to 70 parts by weight of allitic raw material and 60 to 160 parts by weight of clay raw material, and wet waste with a moisture content of 60 to 95 wt.%.
