PURPOSE: A propeller for a riding device is provided to easily ride by containing a locking device. CONSTITUTION: A movement converting device is installed under a frame(10) to convert a reciprocating movement to be given to an input lever(40) to a rotating movement. A shift input shaft(80) is supported under the frame to be rotatable by separating from a shaft at a certain interval. The shaft supports a rear wheel. A one-way clutch(81) is fixed in the shift input shaft. A clutch electromotor transfers the converted rotating movement to an outer wheel of the one-way clutch. A rear wheel electromotor transfers the rotating movement to a rear wheel shaft(70).
