<p>The device has a frame (12) on the boot (11) for skate rollers (13), and a brake unit (21) with brake plate (22). The brake plate is actuated by a deflector mechanism, which in turn is operated by a cable pull (25), so that the brake plate engages on two skate rollers. The brake plate is mainly U-shaped and has pref. circular segment-shaped recesses (27) adapted to the radius of the rollers. The deflector mechanism is a lever (23) turnable about an abutment (24), and with the cable pull connected to one lever end.</p> |
