The accessory for ironing the tubular sections of textile garments (6), and especially the sleeves, has a U- or V-shaped frame (1) with flexible legs (2,2') at a curved base (3) which links them together. They can be pressed together for insertion into the sleeve (5) for ironing and, when released, they spring outwards to stretch the sleeve fabric. The frame is formed by round rods of metal or plastics, with a diameter of 5 mm. At least one leg has a kink (4) towards the other leg.
