<p>Sliding fire door with swinging leaf, preferentially an automatic one and procedure of its transformation, where the door is designed in such a manner that in normal circumstances it acts as a usual sliding door, preferentially the automatic one. In the case of an active fire signal, power outage or failure of the system, the sliding door leaf (11) closes unconditionally but leaves the passage or escape still possible through the swinging leaf (21) which is mounted to a sliding frame (19) by means of hinges (20) and is fitted with an automatic closer (22) which automatically closes the swinging leaf after opening. The door is equipped with a mechanical system which assures the unconditional closing and lock-up of the sliding leaf (11). A weight (10) suspended on and raised by a steel cord (9) takes care of the closing function of the sliding leaf. To lift the weight and clamp a spring on a tensioning assembly (7) there is a winder (6) fitted with a retention brake. The energy for the function of unlocking the swinging leaf (21) and retention of the sliding frame (19) is provided by two strained springs on the tensioning assembly (7), which are tensioned by a cord holder (8) during the uplift of the weight (10).</p> |
