<p>The procedure and device for resistivity spot-welding by using a system of two welding heads for waterproof serial spot-welding featuring vertical rotating welding electrodes, intended for welding metal, predominantly stainless containers open on top to metal, predominantly stainless tables, or in general for welding various metal, predominantly stainless profiles to metal, predominantly stainless surfaces, so that the rotating electrode in head (B), pulse-synchronised with the serial pulse spot-welding of head (A) moves the welded piece from the just welded spot to the next welding spot, while it is not required to rotate the welded piece for 360 degrees, and only pulling-relocation in the X-Y direction is necessary. This also allows the welding of differently designed metal containers, open on top to a practically endless metal, predominantly stainless table.</p> |
