Known devices can only emit diffuse light or apply illumination locally. To solve this, according to the invention the projection area is located at a distance of approximately 100 cm from the beam outlet, the beam guidance device (5) comprises at least one element for expanding the beam and can guide the resultant expanded beam continuously over the projection area.
