A point of sale display device for use as a separator bar comprises a plastics sheet blank 10 folded to form an elongate hollow bar having point of sale display information printed onto it. The separator bar may be triangular in cross section with its height significantly greater than the width of its base. The plastic sheet blank 10 may comprise of four longitudinally extending sections 12, 14, 18, 20 separated by fold lines 16, 22, 26 with two of the sections 12,14 being wider to form the taller upright sides of the bar and the two narrower sections 18,20 overlying each other to form the base. One end section 18 may have tongues 34a-e to engage in slits 24a-e in order to retain the blank 10 in the folded shape. The base may have a metal plate 40 held in place by two tabs 38 which lowers the centre of gravity and keeps the separator bar stable. The two tabs 38 may also be used to obstruct the light beam that is used to control the movement of the conveyor. |
