The invention relates to the equipment of underground engineering structures, in particular to the man-hole hatchways. Summary of the invention consists in that the man-hole hatchway includes an annular support, which in the upper part contains an annular groove, a cover with hole shoulders, a lock. At the same time the annular support and the cover are made of vibrocompressed reinforced concrete, and the shoulders of the cover and the groove are provided with steel angle along the whole perimeter, furthermore, into the steel angle of the groove it is made a hole, and into the angle of the cover it is rigidly fixed a fixing arm. The hole of the cover is made opposite to the rigidly fixed fixing arm, where it is installed the lock, consisting of two concentrically placed pipes, the outer pipe is rigidly fixed into the hole and the inner one being installed with the possibility of rotation about the outer one, one end of which is provided with a plate situated perpendicular about its axis, and the other end is provided for the alignment with the key.
