A saddle (4) is placed on a flexible bar (1) made of glass fiber or carbon fiber reinforced plastic. The saddle is mounted in a ball and socket joint which has three rotary degrees of freedom. The saddle has hip-straps (6) and is held at right angles to the end of the bar by means of a helical spring.
