The brush is assembled of a bristle carrying tip (1), to be screwed to the shaft, accommodating a supply duct (3) and a small fluid reservoir (7), and the control device, either operated with a piston (8) or by squeezing a flexible ball. The reservoir (7) is filled by either pulling the piston (8) at a handle or by squeezing and releasing the ball, similar to the handling of a pipette. The release of the fluid can be performed with the reversed operation. There can be a small auxiliary reservoir in order to avoid the creation of a vacuum.
