<p>A device for controlling the rotation speed of an exterior fan motor for a separated-type air-conditioning unit, which consists of: a compressor motor with two coils, a main one and a secondary one, with the secondary coil forming a magnetic field by means of electric current applied from a power source inducing low voltage to generate a rotation force for its initial operation, and the main coil forming a magnetic field by means of electric current applied from a power source inducing high voltage to generate rotation force; a thermal switch selectively connected/disconnected to the secondary or main coils according to the temperature of an exterior heat exchanger; an exterior fan motor with one terminal connected to the thermal switch and the other to a connection device for the exterior/interior unit so as to selectively activate an exterior fan at a high or low rotation speed, according to the voltage applied by the thermal switch.</p> |
