The invention relates to a clamp used for constricting the resilient conduits on metal bodies, within the pneumatic or hydraulic installations, such as the ones comprised by the motor vehicles. According to the invention, the clamp meant for constricting the conduits comprises a half-closed annular clip (1) made of sheet metal, which is provided on each closing side with a part profiled by bending (a) and some prominences (b) on which the tool for installing the clamp grips, a V-shaped part (2) entering from the lateral side into the profiled portion (a) of the clip, being completed at ends with some gripping profiles(d) having the size of the wall thickness of clip (1) and forming outside the part (2) a rib (e) which, after introducing the part (2) over the bent ends of the clip (1), when the clamp is being gripped over the resilient conduit, complete the annular profile of the clip (1), ensuring the uniform gripping on the whole circumpherence of said conduit.
