The invention relates to a magnetic lock meant for closing and opening the doors. According to the invention, the lock comprises a mobile latch (2) and two permanent magnets, one of them being fix ed(1) and the other (4) being mobile, the mobile one be rotatable at a 90 degree angle by operating a handle (6), the mobile magnet return in its initial position taking place by relieving the stress of a worm spring (5) stressed by operating the handle (6). The latch (2) carries out a motion of translation along some sliding guides (3) situated between the fixed magnet (1) and the mobile magnet (4).
