The invention relates to a multifunctional man-powered machine, meant for transporting and lifting materials and for agricultural works. According to the invention, the machine is made-up of a frame (2) provided with three wheels (3) whereon a reducing gear (1) driven by a pedal mechanism (6) is mounted by means of a driving chain (7). The machine is also provided with the chair (5) for the operator and a fly-wheel (8) also located on the frame (2).
