The invention relates to a sanitary protecting cover for the seating frames of toilet bowls and to a unitary package made up of said covers which are easy to remove, having a nearly oval shape, close to the shape and size of the frame of toilet bowls, being characterized in that it comprises a lower layer (1) made up of a water-proof or water-proofed material whereon an upper layer (2) is superposed; the external part of the material for the layer (1) is cut-out following a continuous line (a) which confines a rounded attaching lug (c) on the longitudinal axis, and a V-shaped small pointed lug (d) at the opposite end; the internal part of said material is cut-out following a continuous line (b) provided on the same longitudinal axis with two recesses (j) having the shape similar to the shape of the small lug (d) and symmetrically arranged with respect to the cross axis of the cover, while the material for the upper layer (2) is internally and externally cut-out identical to the material for the lower layer (1), except the missing rounded attaching lug (c), the package comprising several covers tightly attached to each other, both on the internal and external outline, except the rounded attaching lug (c).
