The inventio relates to a composition for cleaning the impurities from fibres, consisting of 15...30% non-ionic emulsifiers, 0.1...30% anionic emulsifiers, 0.1...25% protection colloids and/or blowing products, 0.1...30% organic solvents, 0.1...40% complexant on the basis of organic and/or mineral acids, 15...70% water. According to the invention, the process consists in treating the fibres with the composition according to the invention, at a temperature of 20...130 degree C, for 0.5...24 h, in a discontinuous, semicontinuous or continuous process. The advanced impurities removal and the envirornment pollution reduction are provided.
