The invention relates to a high-pressure accumulator, in particular a high-pressure fuel accumulator for common-rail injectors, comprising a hollow base body (1), which is provided with at least one connection opening (4), whereby the inner surface of said base body (1) is planar in the area of the connection opening. The aim of said invention is to increase the resistance to pressure. Said aim is achieved, whereby the cross section of the hollow base body (1) interior is shaped as an elongated hole (2), one of the planar surfaces of the elongated hole cross section being provided with said connection opening (4).
