Usually, scaffolds are of fixed or mobile type. The structures which are suitable to be used in both cases are often too voluminous and complicated and thus they create difficulties regarding their use on a large scale and in a great variety of situations.The solution proposed by the present invention offers the possibility of remedying these shortcomings by that the stagings leaning on the scaffold frames may be replaced and moved, and the frame members are provided with a modular network whereon there may be arranged the fastening elements of the other construction elements comprised by the scaffold. The frame members consist, to a great extent, of light sections which, however, present a very high resistence to twist. The said invention may be carried out with a high degree of standardization and modulation.
