The gold training apparatus has a frame (2) which is position-adjustable and has a head support (10) and pillow (11) on the leaning side. The pillow fits with a person's head and the frame has a mast (3) and height-adjustable arm (4) which extends from the mast and supports the free end of the head support. The arm has a claming sleeve (5) on which the mast is positioned. The clamping sleeve is adjustable screwed against the mast via a fixing screw (6), and the frame has additional arm section (7,8) which telescope inside one another. |
