According to the invention, the elastic strap for the railway is made in a D-shape, so as to have a curved frontal part (16) adapted to rest on the rail foot, said curved part (16) being formed by the free ends (18) of the effective parallel parts (19) and a base part (11) adapted to rest inside a channel (4), inside the railway plate or the cross-beam (1), which is made in such way that, between the base part (14) of the effective parallel parts (19) are conical in the exterior dimensions towards the curved part (16) of the strap (10), and the free ends (18) of the effective parallel parts are bent backwards, towards the posterior part (13) of the strap (10) and bent outwards, so as to support on the part of the railway plate or of the cross-beam (1), when the strap (10) is in use, thus preventing the strap (10) outward alternatively sliding from the rail foot, or, besides, the effective parallel element pair (19) are joined together through a posterior curved part (13) of the parts (19) near the base part (11).
