The invention relates to a artisanal installation for separating the gold ore from dried alluvial sand, used for gold extraction. According to the invention, the artisanal installation for separating gold ore from dried alluvial sand comprises an interior cylinder (1), provided with brushes on the generatrices, rotatably mounted inside an exterior ebonite cylinder (9). Along the exterior cylinder (9) there is mounted a hard plastic bar (41) fastened on a metal frame (15), having the role of retaining the sand from the exterior cylinder (9) upon the rotation thereof. A metal chute (45) is mounted parallel to the exterior cylinder (9) and is connected to a conveyor belt, having a brush (60) mounted at its end, and to a metal cylinder (69) provided with some paddles (66).
