The multipurpose tank has an aerating pipe which runs from its top to its bottom. A narrower water outlet is positioned near the pipe in the base of the tank. The tank is filled with water through an inlet fitted with a threaded cap or a cap locked by a metal stirrup. A siphon may be fitted to reduce odors.
