FIELD: wind-power engineering; power generator drives. SUBSTANCE: windmill has vertical shaft with bracket that mounts on its ends movable eccentric blades and flat panels disposed around shaft; novelty is that plates are radially attached to shaft and carry on their ends built-in generators each incorporating stator and rotor; the latter is fixed to rod and has cylindrical head supporting cylindrical spring; opposite side of rod is fixed in position by means of washer and cotter pin contacting stator through shock absorber and insulating washer; stator is secured to plate carrying sleeve on its opposite side; flexible disk fixed to head contacts blade; shock absorber and flexible disk may be made, for instance, from rubber. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced reliability and efficiency. 3 dwg
