FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiological production of protein-vitamin fodder. Method involves preparing protein-vitamin fodder. Fodder yeasts are grown in finely dispersed vinasse with addition salts and molasses or saccharified wort to it. The content of carbohydrates is 0.9-1.1%. Yeast cultivating process is carried out with aeration and air consumption 55-60 m3/h/h per 1 m3 of cultural fluid at temperature 34-37 C. Content of yeast cells in cultural fluid is 500 mln/mln/cm3, not less. Yeast of genus Candida tropicalis CK-4 is combined with yeast Rhodosporidium diobovatum-1 in the ratio 3:1 at pH 5.1-5.3. Method ensures to obtain full-value protein-vitamin fodder, utilize waste of alcoholic production and provide wasteless production. EFFECT: improved method of production. 5 cl |
